It’s been brought to discussion between the board chair and the current webmaster that discussion of topics for meetings should be held from publication until after meetings are held in order for all facts, voices and parties involved to be heard and reported.

GNA’s monthly meetings will now be held at the First Congregational Church at 611 First Avenue (parking/entrance on west side – elevator en-trance on east side). The monthly meetings are planned on various days of the week and at different times to
give as many members as possible a chance to attend. The Association would like to thank the members of First Congregational for their hos-pitality. Special recognition goes to Betty Cutler for making the connec-tion with the church. Thanks Betty!

- Historic Council Bluffs
One of the purposes for our association is to preserve the historic qualities of our homes and our neighborhood. Many of the important issues presented to our board and members both at meetings and out about are in regards to things such as preservation of the historic homes such as the Snow House and the Glass House, as well as preserving our iconic brick streets. Our board as well as various committees are open to any questions, comments, or ideas regarding these areas.
